PRINCE2® (Projects In Controlled Environments) is the internationally accepted project management methodology adopted by many organisations world-wide. It is a customer-focussed project management system, and commonly used as a de-facto project management methodology throughout Australia, Europe, Africa, Asia and New Zealand. PRINCE2® is an easy to learn and flexible method that can be adapted to any project, regardless of scale, scope, and type.
This one-day course will present an overview of the current PRINCE2® version 7 (seven) will prepare you with a powerful set of project management principles, practices, and processes. There are two levels of Foundation and Practitioner in the PRINCE2® certification levels. For anyone with the aim of getting formal certification in PRINCE2®, our recommendation is to complete the Foundation and then the Practitioner course by clicking on this link. However, if you are part of an organisation or project team and only interested in an introduction or overview then this course is for you. - people as the core element in the new PRINCE2® 7.
