PRINCE2®

PRINCE2® (Projects In Controlled Environments) is the internationally accepted project management methodology adopted by many organisations world-wide. It is commonly used as a de-facto project management methodology in many government organisations.

PRINCE2® is an easy to learn and flexible method that can be adapted to any project, regardless of scale, scope, and type.

Mastering PRINCE2® will prepare you with a powerful set of project management principles, practices, and processes.  You will acquire the knowledge and the skills required to deliver successfully.

Description: The PRINCE2^® Foundation introduces the PRINCE2^® method. The Foundation certification aims to confirm that you know and understand the PRINCE2^® method well enough to be able to work effectively within an environment supporting PRINCE2^®.

The Foundation certification is also a prerequisite for the Practitioner certification.

The PRINCE2® Foundation Certification is suitable for individuals who want to demonstrate they have sufficient understanding of the PRINCE2 methodology and can work effectively as part of a team or with a project management team within a PRINCE2 supporting environment and include:

• 60 questions (multiple choice)
• 60 minutes in duration
• Minimum required score to pass: 60%
• Online proctored by PeopleCert

PRINCE2 Foundation eLearning and certification exam

For the online course, you will be sent an email with voucher details for you to complete the modules and schedule the exam. It is a world-wide system and has a wide range of times available. This allows you to take the exam anytime, any place and at a time convenient to you.
