The ITIL 4 CDS module is available through Ellumina. This module covers the core service management activities and expands the scope of ITIL to include the creation of services. Furthermore, it focuses on integrating different value streams and activities to create, deliver and support IT-enabled products and services in an increasingly competitive market.

What is the ITIL 4 CDS module?

ITIL 4 CDS — Create, Deliver and Support — provides IT practitioners with an understanding of service quality and improvement methods. It enables professionals to continue delivering innovative yet reliable tech-enabled services to their customers. In addition, it covers supporting practices, methods and tools used across the full service management lifecycle.

Who is this course for?

This module targets individuals continuing their journey in service management, ITSM managers, and practitioners managing the operation of IT-enabled and digital products and services. It also suits those responsible for end-to-end delivery, as well as existing ITIL qualification holders who want to update and develop their knowledge further. Note that accredited training for ITIL Managing Professional modules is mandatory, and ITIL 4 Foundation is a prerequisite for all modules.

About the exam

The exam is administered by PeopleCert. It runs for 90 minutes and is closed book. Candidates must score 28 out of 40, which equals 70%, to pass.
