Description: While we only provide the exam for ITIL4 Foundation, you
will be required to have knowledge in the topics covered in the ITIL4
Foundation course, as outlined below.

The ITIL 4 Foundation course introduces you to the end-to-end
operating model for the creation, delivery and continual improvement of
technology-enabled products and services.

ITIL 4 Foundation is for anyone who is interested in helping their
organisation embrace the new service management culture, and needs to
understand the key concepts of IT and digital service delivery. It is
for professionals at the start of their ITIL 4 journey or people looking
to update their existing ITIL knowledge.

The course goes through how modern IT and digital service
organisations operate, how value streams increase speed and efficiency
and how cultural or behavioural principles guide work that benefits the
wider organisation. ITIL4 Foundation also outlines how to use
commonly-used service management terms and concepts.

Who is ITIL 4 Foundation for:

ITIL 4 Foundation is suitable for individuals who require a basic
understanding of the ITIL framework and how it may be used to enhance
the quality of IT service management within an organization. The
certification also applies to IT professionals who work within an
organization that has adopted ITIL and so need to be aware of and
contribute to the overall service improvement programme.

• 26 marks to pass or 65%
• 60 minutes in duration
• to be completed in pencil for paper-based exam for classroom course; or
• online proctored using and provided by PeopleCert system

For online course, you will be sent an email with voucher details for you to schedule the exam. It is a world-wide system provided by PeopleCert and has a wide range of times available. This allows you to take the exam anytime, any place and at a time convenient to you.
